As per my bio, clever, creative cocktails felt like a worthy contribution to the world. When I decided to open a bar in 2015 (after a year of no sleep because of all the cool-cocktail-ideas I had. True story) I didn’t want the drinks to just be something that people consumed, I wanted them to be an EXPERIENCE. My love for styling extended to alcoholic beverages; who knew cocktails could be such a form of self-expression!?
